Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. Once you click Submit, your order begins processing and cannot be
changed or canceled. When you receive your order, you may return the order using the included pre-paid SmartReturn Label.

Can I add items to my order after I've placed it?

If you would like to add to your order or increase quantity, please place a new order on our website.
